Colombia (America): Former US President Donald Trump has got another big victory. Trump’s closest rival Nikki Haley, who is in the race to become the US presidential candidate from the Republican Party, has suffered a major setback. Trump on Saturday further strengthened his claim to become the Republican candidate in the country’s presidential election by winning the caucuses in Idaho and Missouri and getting the support of all the delegates (party members representing voters) at the Republican Party convention in Michigan. Did it.

Let us tell you that with this victory, Trump has so far got the support of 244 delegates, while his rival and former US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley is far behind him with the support of only 24 delegates. From this it can be understood how difficult Nikki Haley’s path has become in this race. To become the Republican Party candidate in the presidential election, any contender will need the support of at least 1,215 delegates. In the Missouri caucus, Trump won the support of all delegates by securing 100 percent of the votes.

In Michigan, Trump got 68 percent votes and Nikki got only 27 percent votes.

In Michigan, 39 delegates were allocated out of the total 55 delegates of the Republican Party. During this, he secured the support of all 39 delegates from Trump. Earlier last Tuesday, Trump had easily won the Michigan primary election with 68 percent votes. Whereas Haley got only 27 percent votes. Trump won about 85 percent of the votes in the Idaho caucus. The contest between Haley (52) and Trump on ‘Super Tuesday’ (Great Tuesday) on March 5 will be important. Republican primary elections will be held on March 5 in 21 states across the country. ‘Super Tuesday’ is the day of the primary election process to select the presidential candidates of America, when primary and caucus elections are held in most of the states.
