According to the information, only those people whose H1B visa was issued from the Indian Consulate in America between February 1 to September 30, 2021 and from the Canadian Consulate between January 1, will have their visas renewed. Non-immigrant visa issuance fee will also not be charged from such foreign nationals. Apart from this, those who have submitted ten fingerprints during the first visa application, they will also be exempted from the interview. According to the notice issued by the US Department of State, the visa renewal program will run from January 29 to April 1. During this period, visas of only 20 thousand people will be renewed. If 20 thousand applications are received before April 1, then it will be closed.
