Without directly naming Pakistan, Jaishankar said in a ‘think tank’ interactive session at the Anant Aspen Center that SAARC is in crisis because one of its member states is continuously supporting terrorism. “If you ask me whether I see a future for SAARC, you are actually asking me whether I see a future for that country,” the External Affairs Minister said. Because if that country does not really leave these types of options in its arsenal or toolkit, it is not just SAARC that is in danger. I mean, very clearly, you are looking at the situation in that country also.” Without naming Pakistan, Jaishankar said, ”I would clearly say that today foreign interference has increased in many ways in this country.
