Tension is increasing between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Pakistan-Afghanistan News: The gap of enmity between Pakistan and Afghanistan is becoming deeper. There is tension between Afghanistan and Pakistan even before Pakistan’s action of ill-treating Afghan refugees and sending them back to Afghanistan. Meanwhile, Pakistan has summoned the Afghan ambassador and demanded to hand over a dangerous terrorist hiding in Afghanistan.

The person whose extradition was sought was responsible for the attack in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

According to reports, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry on Tuesday summoned the head of the Afghan diplomatic mission and demanded the extradition of Hafiz Gul Bahadur, a prominent terrorist allegedly hiding in his country. The army had said on Monday that Bahadur’s group was responsible for the suicide attack in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu area on Sunday.

Two civilians were killed

Two civilians were killed in the attack in Bannu area, while 10 other persons, including three security forces personnel, were injured. The army had said that the suicide bomber who came riding on a motorcycle was identified as an Afghan national. Its purpose was to target the convoy of security forces. The Afghan diplomat strongly condemned the attack and asked the Taliban government to express serious concern, the Express Tribune reported. Sources have revealed that the Afghan representative put forward four major demands. These include a demand for a thorough investigation into the Bannu attack and strict action against the criminals. The Afghan Taliban representative was asked to capture Hafiz Gul Bahadur and hand him over to Pakistan.

Pakistan’s relations with Taliban have been in trouble since coming to power

Ever since the Taliban government came to power in Afghanistan, its relations with Pakistan have been on the rocks. At the same time, the way Pakistan has taken action to return Afghan refugees from its country to Afghanistan, the Taliban is even more irritated. To respond to this action of Pakistan, Afghanistan has recently taken such a step that even Pakistan was stunned. Afghanistan stopped thousands of Pakistani trucks. These trucks are trucks coming from Pakistan to Afghanistan, which were stopped at Torkham border. Pakistan also stopped trade with Afghanistan in the process.
