A judge in Madrid ruled Friday that no explosives were found that would lead anyone to believe there was a real threat. During a trial at the National Court in the Spanish capital on Monday, a year and a half after the incident, the judge ruled that Verma, from Orpington, Kent, should be acquitted of wrongdoing.
