Yemen, which has come out in protest against the Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip, has further increased the scope of the war. Yemen’s attack on warships of America, France and other countries in the Red Sea has changed the direction of the Israel-Hamas war. Now there is going to be an uproar of war from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea. America has taken a major step after the continuous attacks by Yemeni rebels in the Red Sea. America has now ordered the deployment of its aircraft carrier in the Mediterranean Sea, the very name of which sends the enemies into a tizzy. This aircraft carrier will protect Israel in the Mediterranean for a long time.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered the USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier and another warship to remain deployed in the Mediterranean Sea for several more weeks to respond to the Yemen attacks and fulfill his pledge to defend Israel. So that Israel has two ships in the midst of the ongoing war with Hamas. American officials gave this information. This will be the third time Ford’s deployment period has been extended, underscoring ongoing concerns about instability in the region amid Israel’s war in Gaza.

America launches rare warship in Mediterranean Sea

America has landed two of its aircraft carriers in the Mediterranean Sea, which is rare in recent years. Multiple U.S. officials confirmed the deployment extensions approved this week for the Ford and USS Normandie cruisers, speaking on condition of anonymity because the decision has not yet been made public. At the same time, the deployment of other ships of Ford’s battle group had already been increased. The Pentagon increased its military presence in the region after Hamas’ October 7 attacks to prevent Iran from turning the war into a regional conflict. In the months since, Iran-backed militants in Iraq and Syria have mounted a campaign to launch regular attacks with rockets, drones and missiles on US military installations there. (AP)
