Why does drinking cold tea prevent sleep?

Potassium, dietary fiber, manganese, caffeine, fluoride, flavonoids and many antioxidants are found in cold tea. Other types of iced tea like green or herbal tea contain different nutritional elements. The amount of caffeine in it is negligible, hence drinking it does not cause sleeplessness. Drinking it can reduce weight, keep the body hydrated, reduce the risk of cancer, it works to protect against heart disease and protects the body from free radicals.
