Election Results Live Streaming: When, where and how to see the results of assembly elections?

Counting of votes for assembly elections in 4 states will take place on December 3.

New Delhi: Voting for the assembly elections held in 5 states of the country has ended and now people are waiting for the results. Counting of votes will take place on December 3 for the Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Chhattisgarh assembly elections. What do the exit poll results say?

According to the projections of India TV-CNX exit poll for the assembly elections held in 5 states, Congress may get a clear majority in Telangana and Chhattisgarh, while in Rajasthan it may get majority by a very small margin. Whereas in Madhya Pradesh, BJP can retain power by securing two-thirds majority. Zoramthanga’s Mizo National Front (MNF) may face a hung assembly in Mizoram. With the counting of votes on December 3, the situation in all the states except Mizoram will become clear as to who will be crowned and who will be disappointed.

Vote counting date changed in Mizoram

The Election Commission on Friday said that the counting of votes in Mizoram Assembly elections will now take place on December 4, a day later than the scheduled date. This counting of votes was to take place on 3rd December i.e. Sunday. The Election Commission said the decision to change the date of counting was taken after receiving requests from various groups, on the grounds that Sunday holds special significance for the people of the Christian-majority state of Mizoram. Let us tell you that voting took place in Chhattisgarh in two phases, on November 7 and November 17. Whereas in Mizoram, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, people cast their votes on 7 November, 17 November and 25 November respectively. Voting was held for the assembly elections in Telangana on 30 November.
