They support terrorist activities and instigate people. For this reason this organization has been declared an ‘unlawful organization’ under the UAPA law.

Claim to collect funds from Pakistan
This organization of Jammu and Kashmir and its members have also been found guilty of collecting funds from proxy organizations including Pakistan. This fund was used for illegal activities, supporting terrorists and pelting stones at the army. Apart from this, MLJK-MA has also been accused of being linked to banned terrorist organizations. These actions by the organization show disrespect towards the constitutional rule of India and the sovereignty of the country.
