Congress got interim relief, Income Tax Tribunal allowed to use the account – India TV Hindi

New Delhi: Congress party has got interim relief from Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. The Income Tax Tribunal has given permission to the Congress Party to use the account. The tribunal will now hear the matter next on Wednesday.

According to the information, a total of 9 accounts of the Congress Party were frozen. The day before yesterday, Congress had applied in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Congress Treasurer Ajay Maken had filed the affidavit day before yesterday and today it was heard in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Congress Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Tankha appeared on behalf of the Congress. He informed Congress about getting interim relief by tweeting.

Earlier, Congress Treasurer Ajay Maken had given a press conference and informed about seizing the accounts of Congress. He had said that the central government is locking out democracy.
