The order issued by the Tripura government states that all state government offices and educational institutions across Tripura will remain closed till 2:30 pm on January 22. It is further said that this is being done so that all these employees can participate in the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. Half day holiday in these states also
Apart from Tripura, half-day holiday has also been announced in many other states. Earlier, the governments of Assam, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Rajasthan have also announced a half-day holiday on January 22 for employees working in government institutions.
