New Delhi: This time the guest on India TV’s popular program Aap Ki Adalat is Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. India TV Chairman and Editor in Chief Rajat Sharma asked him questions regarding his career. Rajat Sharma asked that first you wanted to do MBBS, then you did management, law and other diplomas also. Were you confused about what to become?
Dhami wanted to do MBBS
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said, ‘It is true that I wanted to go into the medical sector. Wanted to do MBBS. Four of us had reached Lucknow and did not know anyone there. We kept our luggage at Charbagh station. Among the four of us, 2 people used to guard the luggage and 2 people used to go to see the room. We got the room after 3 days.
CM Dhami told that we started coaching in Lucknow and also took admission in the university. We fell short by a few marks in MBBS. After this, when we completed our graduation, we did PG and also did law. After law, I wanted to do research, had taken admission in that also, had deposited the fees. But then went to Uttarakhand.
CM Dhami also told that during this time he was already in student politics. Was also associated with student council and union. Also remained in Yuva Morcha and then contested assembly elections.
