Last Friday, a surprising case came to light in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. An engineering student named Lareb Hashmi had brutally attacked the bus conductor several times with a baton and slit his throat after a minor altercation. Now Lareb Hashmi’s Pakistani connection has also come to light in this case. The accused was inspired by Pakistan’s Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi. It is believed that Lareb had committed such a heinous act by following the teachings of Maulana.
Who was Khadim Hussain Rizvi?
Pakistani Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi was the founder of Pakistan’s extremist religious group Tehreek-e-Labbaik. He was considered a supporter of hardline laws in Pakistan. Some time ago, when French President Emmanuel Macron supported criticism of Islam by calling freedom of speech a right, Khadim Hussain led a large-scale demonstration across the country.

Pakistani Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi many times used to spew venom against Hindus and India. Many of his hate spreading videos have surfaced. Khadim Hussain was an ardent follower of Islamic theologian Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi. Let us tell you that Ahmed Raza Khan was born in Bareilly, undivided India in the 19th century and it was he who founded the Barelvi ideology.

Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi, who had once become a headache for the Pakistan government, died in the year 2020. At the age of 54, his condition deteriorated after which he was taken to the hospital. He died here in the hospital itself. Apart from his wife, Rizvi has two sons and three daughters in his family.
Police are investigating
It is being said that information about Rizvi was given to Lareb Hashmi by his neighbors and relatives. The accused student had also made a video after the attack, in which he is also mentioning the word ‘Labbaik’. There was also a glimpse of Punjabi language in the way he was speaking. At present, UP ATS has also started investigation regarding his terrorist connections.
