Curd Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients for making curd dumplings
- 250 grams gram flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- half teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- half teaspoon baking powder

First of all, mix all the dry spices well in gram flour.

Now add water to gram flour and prepare a thick paste.

You have to beat the gram flour until it swells well.

You can check by putting it in a bowl, if the gram flour comes above the water then it means it has risen.

Heat oil in a pan and fry small round pakodas of gram flour in it.

Now add some asafoetida and salt to the curd and blend it well.

Put gram flour dumplings in it and leave it to swell for about half an hour.

While serving, place 4-5 pakodas in a plate and pour some curd on top.

Now add salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin. Add finely chopped coriander over it.

Now add green chutney and red tamarind chutney and serve it to the guests.
