Make crispy fenugreek puri and eat it, you will forget to eat samosa kachori, note down the recipe – India TV Hindi

You can make Fenugreek Khasta Puri and eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Spicy and crispy puris can be made from fenugreek. You can prepare these to eat while travelling. The taste of Methi Puri is such that it can be eaten without vegetables and just with tea. Right now, it is the season of green fenugreek in winter, in such a situation you can make crispy methi puri and eat it. Once you make this Methi Puri and eat it, you will forget the taste of Samosa and Kachori. Know the recipe to make Crispy Methi Puri.

How to make Methi Puri at home

  1. To make Methi Puri, you have to take only 250 grams of fenugreek leaves.

  2. Now wash the fenugreek leaves 3-4 times and cut them.

  3. After cutting fenugreek, add some chopped coriander.

  4. If fenugreek releases salt then add some salt to it and keep it aside.

  5. Now add half teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon fennel in a mixer jar.

  6. Add 2 inches ginger, 2 green chillies and 1 tomato and grind it.

  7. This special spice has to be mixed while kneading the dough.

  8. Now mix the ground masala in salted fenugreek.

  9. Add 1 cup flour and about 2 tablespoons gram flour into it.

  10. Also mix 2 spoons of rice flour or fine semolina.

  11. Add half teaspoon red chilli powder and half teaspoon turmeric.

  12. Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder and some asafoetida in the flour.

  13. Also add half teaspoon celery and 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds.

  14. Mix everything well and add Moin.

  15. Use 2 tbsp oil or ghee for kneading.

  16. Now add water as per requirement and make a tight dough.

  17. If you want to make puris immediately, knead the dough well.

  18. Make a medium sized ball from the dough and apply light oil and roll it.

  19. Bake all the puris on medium flame until they turn golden.

  20. Ready Methi Puri can also be made to eat while traveling.

Remove a lot of ghee and mawa from the cream, it will be ready, prepare curd from the remaining material, know how.
